Formerly known as The Eight Count, Champ Up Chat is hosted by Chris “Mr. Classic” Romulo and his wife, Sarah Romulo aka The H.O.G. Chris is a life-long martial artist, retired six-time Muay Thai champion, health and wellness coach and podcaster. Ever since they met in a gritty boxing gym in lower Manhattan they’ve been a journey of sharing their love for physical culture and the combat arts.
